HSI WELCOMES A NEW OUTSIDE SALES ENGINEER
The Hydronic Systems family would like everyone to join in welcoming a new staff member. Marvin Yoder, Jr. is part of HSI’s outside sales team. He is originally from Richmond, Virginia. In 1983, he received his Bachelors Degree from the University of South Flordia.
After arriving at TIGERFLOW in 1995, Marvin quickly became the President. Along the way, Marvin has accumulated over 33 years in the pumping industry with such stops as Vice President and Sales & Marketing at SyncroFlo, Inc. and Distribution Sales Manager at Canariis, Corp.
Marvin has authored several articles, which have been published in industry magazines, such as Plumbing Engineer, Fire Protection Contractor, Pumps and Systems, as well as Correctional Building News, and most recently an article in PM Engineering magazine on Third Party Certification.
Marvin’s basic philosophy is: “Empower those around you. Give others the power and authority to make value judgments, create a challenging environment where risk and proactive behavior is rewarded.” The secret to Marvin’s success is “Lead by example showing that you are grounded in integrity and trust.”
