OKC Team Outing to Oklahoma City National Memorial and Museum

The backbone of any good organization is a strong team of coworkers and at HSI we make it a priority to take time to engage in team building activities. On May 12th, the Oklahoma City team visited the Oklahoma City National Memorial and Museum. This team outing brought the office together and helped us to understand more about Oklahoma City’s history and the incredible level of response exhibited by Oklahomans that has become known as “The Oklahoma Standard.”

As the years pass and our workforce gets younger and younger, it is important that those of us who remember April 19, 1995 and the months and years that followed make sure the next generation does not forget those who lost their lives and those who were changed forever.

The Oklahoma City National Memorial and Museum is dedicated to educating visitors about the bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah building. A self-guided tour tracks the remarkable journey of loss, resilience, justice and hope. Visiting the museum is a powerful experience and we extend an invitation to any of our business associates who visit Oklahoma City to schedule a day to see the museum.
